1) No Childporn, Rape or Bestiality on our sites!
2) No sites that change my homepage, pop a zillion consols, dialers, and/or
lock up my browser!
3) New accounts are checked for and are approved or not at least once a day.
4) You may send traffic via popups, banners or text links. Feel free to use the images below for your friendspages or use your own.
5) If you use popups, do not keep popping the list over and over to the same surfer. You may pop up to a total of 1 consols (entrance blurs & exits) including ours off your site.
6) No animations or obtrusive text on your pictures please. A "clean" list gets more clickthrus. *Small* url watermark is ok. Pictures not following our guidelines will be changed to our default image or deleted.
7) Lists reset every day and update every hour. Accounts that are inactive for more than 1 week may be removed. You may resubmit your site.
8) You may use a random exit script but timed popups are unacceptable.
9) Rules may be added or changed to ensure everyone is playing fair!
